This workshop is designed for those who are looking for a practical TPM toolbox to improve cross functional collaboration and engage the workforce in delivering high levels of reliability and a never ending improvement in effectiveness.

The workshop includes practical activities on the LG Motion shop floor. This is supported by a structured workbook containing detailed briefing notes for each step of the TPM improvement process.   Participants apply each step in turn to mini shop floor projects with support from the workshop leader to accelerate the learning process.  Outputs include the development of an internal programme to both implement TPM and support your own development to Black Belt level and beyond.  

The shop floor activities are carried out in teams providing the opportunity to:

  • share ideas with other participants

  • gain an insight into the leadership processes needed to support successful implementation.

  • this combination of theory and practical experience is then channelled into the development of customised implementation milestone plan and 90 day TPM pilot programme.

Participants are provided with a blank electronic copy of the workbook so that they can use it to apply the lessons learned to equipment back in the workplace. Participants are also provided with electronic copies of general awareness presentation material that they can use to raise awareness of TPM principles and techniques.
